Our Injection Molding Ferrite Compounds are complex materials which are bonded magnetic materials with thermoplastic resin ferrite powder are blended with thermoplastic (such as nylon6,12, PPS), antioxidant, plasticizers, and other ingredients. Continuous flow compounds are used for intensity mixing the ingredients to form compound. The compound is chopped into small granules ready for molding.

Injection Molding Ferrite Compound

This product is injection-molded magnetic granules modified with anisotropic strontium/barium iron magnetic powder and binders and additives such as nylon 6/12, polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), and ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer (EEA).

 

Nylon 6 series products possess characteristics such as high temperature resistance up to 150°C, good flowability, and excellent mechanical properties, making them widely used in the injection-molded magnetic industry. They are currently among the most cost-effective injection-molded magnetic raw materials.

 

Applications: Laser printer magnetic cores/buzzer magnetic rings/cylinder magnetic rings/induction magnetic rings/motor internal and external rotors/water pump magnetic rings, etc.
