Cold Isostatic Pressing (CIP) is a method used in material processing to compact powdered materials into a solid, homogeneous mass before machining or sintering. It operates on Pascal’s principle, which states that a change in pressure within an enclosed incompressible fluid is transmitted undiminished to every part of the fluid and the walls of its container to achieve the purpose of consistent density and strength of various parts of the workpiece.

1. The whole machine consists of four parts: main machine, main control hydraulic station, rehydration station, and electric control cabinet.

2. The working cylinder diameter is 300mm; the effective depth is 400mm; the maximum working pressure is 400MPa.

3. The frame is a fixed frame structure.

4. The main components of the high-pressure chamber, booster chamber, and frame all adopt a strictly calculated pre-strained tension steel wire winding structure, which has the advantages of light weight, high fatigue resistance, long service life, etc., safe and reliable.

5. The press adopts a dual-medium isolation device to greatly reduce the failure rate and use cost.

6. Fully automatic PLC control, equipped with a human-machine interface, truly reflects the actual pressure of the working cylinder. Simple operation and convenient maintenance.

7. Reasonable and optimized hydraulic design and production. It can realize multi-stage boosting, pressure maintenance and multi-stage pressure relief, pressure maintenance and other functions, and the boosting and pressure relief speeds are adjustable.
